Le Prunet Tuition & Social
Overview
This 45 acre venue, with private car park, is more than 50 years old. It used to be a leisure activity centre for the village of Saint-Denis-les-Sens. Le Prunet is located just next to the medieval town of Sens (89 French department ).
The lake originally stems from the Yonne River (famous for its big fish). Its water level is constant throughout the year and the average depth is between 3.5 and 7 meters (16 to 22 feet). Around 10 springs flow into the lake and make sure the water quality remains at a high level.
Due to the natural wealth of the lake, the stock remains to be unveiled to date: there is still lots to discover. In order not to depend too much on the original stock, we have introduced 500 carps ranging from 10 to 25 kg (22 pounds to 33 pounds) for a total weight of 6 tons. The total is most probably above 700 Carp. We have also stocked the lake with sturgeons for a weight of 6 to 40 kg.
some spots are very interesting and might produce lots of runs once you have located them. The water at Le Prunet is very clear and blue and you will appreciate fighting the powerful carp that will give you great but also hard time!

Can I Pay with Instalments
Absolutely you can, to book we require 20% of the total as a booking fee, your balance can be paid either monthly or quarterly as long as the total is paid no later than 28 days prior to the trip start date.
Is Bait Included
We include 10Kg of either particle, pellet or boilie depending on the fishery.
You are very welcome to bring your own bait as long as it is within the fishery rules, these are available online or upon request.
What Food and Drink is provided
We provide breakfast and an evening meal, along with tea, coffee and soft drinks for each meal. However, we recommend you bring your own lunches, snacks, sweets, and any additional drinks you require.
If bringing any alcohol please ensure you drink responsibly, especially whilst fishing.
Should you have any specific dietary requirements please ensure you let us know at the time of booking.
